“This is a gorgeous house with a fantastic garden and in a great location in lovely Puerto de la Cruz. There are some minor details that are a bit annoying and that should be fixed but nothing serious to disturb the general impression. We were a family with three generations and all loved the house. The heating system for the showers in the basement and on the bottom floor should be updated. There is some kind of moist or mold problems in the basement and we had to switch rooms as one of us was...

“Lovely size. Can easily take 8 staying. Kitchen was well appointed with everything you could need, villa was spotlessly clean and lots of outdoor space. Plunge pool was a good depth (5 foot).Unfortunately the only restaurants in walking distance were closed but that may have been seasonal. Taxis were cheap to and from the town centre.”

Thank you Pedro.Lovely pool in a tree filled garden in a quiet area. Villa is situated up a very steep, narrow, winding road. A car is essential. Supermarkets 10 minutes drive away.”

“We had a beautiful stay in the house, which is very comfortable and well equipped, pool, huge terrace, amazing and impressive view direct to the Atlantic ocean. Also the communication with the host is very good, help to carry the baggage. the house is in a small village located, which is very quite and relaxing and a good starting point for hiking. ”

“Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr rustikal, eingerichtet, wer Luxus erwartet wird enttäuscht sein. Große Menschen können gerade im Bad etwas Probleme haben. Aber dafür hat es einen tollen Charme und ausreichend Platz. An Regentagen kann es etwas kühl werden.”

“Xavi gave excellent check-in instructions. Once we got in, everything was as pictured. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We were able to get fresh mango, lemon, & lime from the garden! The recommendations for beaches, restaurants, & towns were great and worth the trip. The views from the property are spectacular! Xavi is very accommodating and easy to talk to. He gave us a ride to our rental car and a bottle of wine to celebrate our last night! You can’t go wrong staying...

“Wow what a fab stay! Ana was a great host who was very responsive whilst also respecting our time. Location was perfect for a relaxing holiday with the supermarket 5 minutes down the road. It was lovely having a heated pool as it was warm enough for my toddler. The view from the roof was amazing! We did have an issue with the electricity going out towards the end of our trip, but Ana quickly fixed it within the hour. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Really recommend and can’t wait to come...

"Mycket bekväm bas för ett affärsbesök i Santa Cruz. Utsikten mot trädgården är ett stort plus. Frukosten är av världsklass. Fint läge nära en fantastisk park och gångavstånd till shopping och restauranger."

"Vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta fantastiska hotell. Toppservice och utmärkt utbud av restauranger och spabehandlingar. Trädgård och pooler är hur bra som helst. Frukosten är väldigt bra. Det enda lite sämre är en gungig säng. "

10/10 Fantastiskt

"Några dagars city break i Santa Cruz, och då är det här hotellet perfekt, även om det passar ännu bättre för affärsresenärer. Läget är mitt i centrum, nära affärer, restauranger, park mm. Rummet mycket modernt, bekvämt och rent - men inte så stort. Balkongen ger dock mer känsla av rymd, även om den inte är särskilt användbar utan möbler. Finns en spektakulär pool på taket med en bar och lounge area, säkert toppen när det är lite varmare än i januari. Personalen mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, men incheckningen var långsam. Kundinfo fördes inte över från hotels.com så allt bkev nanuellt. Frukosten mycket bra och i trevlig miljö. Restaurangen drivs dock av ett separat företag, så räkna inte med att den är öppen, stängt för middag alla tre dagar vi var där söndag-tisdag i samband med lokal helgdag. Hissarna är en trång sektor och undvik att komma med bil."
