“Our stay in Athens was wonderful at the Neratzia Rooms! The staff welcomed us early with coffees and stored our bags for us until check in. The room was quiet, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Yannis even coordinated a taxi to pick us up from the airport and bring us to the port when we left. The location was perfect - on a quiet street, but easy walking distance to the Acropolis and other sites. Nearby was a lovely pedestrian street with wonderful restaurants and bars. We highly...

“Excellent apartment in a great neighbourhood! The apartment was clean and bright and fully wheelchair accessible. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again in any future trips to Athens!!!”

“Everything was awesome! Looks better live then on pictures. Nice dreamy view from the rooftop and the person who met us with keys were one of the best service persons we’ve ever met! Would love to come back!”

“Beautiful hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Loved it.”

“Loved the location, nice and clean and easy communication with owners. Would rent here again!”

“Amazing location, wonderfully helpful staff, great recommendations for nearby restaurans and amenities, amazing rooms, affordable price, what's not to like? Compared to our accommodation on Crete, Athens Residence Apartments was in a different class altogether. Highly recommended for anybody travelling to Athens!”

“Room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Location was near good bus lines to get around Athens. Good restaurants within walking distance. It is a little bit outside the main town but was perfectly located to get to the port of Pireaus quickly and without any hassle.”

“Excellent location. Within a 1/2 mile easy walk to the Acropolis. museum and Olympic stadium. Lots of dining options. Staff very helpful arranging airport transfers, they ask for 24 hour notice to make the arrangement.”
