“We checked in for one night after a 14 day cruise and also secured a day room in the same room due to a 9:30 pm flight. (We had previously stayed here one night prior to the cruise.) The staff was extraordinarily helpful, pleasant and cheerful. This is a very convenient location for cruisers—close to the terminal, shopping and restaurants. “Very nice, modern hotel with beautiful lobby and pool. Check in was very slow though. Room nice, very comfortable bed. Unfortunately we had no hot water for some time. Took them a while to fix and after that we had no cold water :) Good situated, close to airport, close to town. Service is overall good and cleaning was ok but not excellent. Why? Well… we found hair in one of the towels, one of the body lotions was used. Not a big deal, but normally I haven’t had this many “problems” at a Hilton...
