“Our stay was wonderful and Just what our family needed. Beautiful main room with big windows looking out into the forest. Hot tub on the main deck was ideal! Bed's were comfortable and plenty of towels for showering and hot tubbing. The community was quiet and so are we so that was a perfect, peaceful match for our family. We will definitely book again and would recommend this home to others.”

“This house worked well for our family visit. The snow was fantastic and there is a relatively flat area behind the house that is great for snow play. Typical of the houses in Tahoe-Donner in the winter, one wants to be very careful pulling out of the driveway due to cars driving reasonably fast and no visibility due to the snow banks. However, if you have someone watching the traffic to see when it is safe to pull out, it works fine and this is to be expected with most any winter cable. The...

“We have stayed at many VRBO's and several in Tahoe Donner. This one was OK. Not terrible by any means -- and we have stayed in terrible -- but not fantastic. The biggest surprise was dealing with Vacasa. Upon arrival we reported that a rec pass was missing (which meant not everyone in our party could enjoy the amenities) and they never followed up. The next day we reported water under the kitchen sink -- again no follow up until I texted again the next day, concerned that it was perhaps a leak...

“This house was a great location for snow fun with kids. Cleanliness could’ve been better, but stay was great. Game room was a big hit. Stairs to entry were completely covered with snow, so you might need to enter through garage!”

“Great cabin for a relaxing weekend in the woods, just a short distance from town, the lake, other activities and restaurants. It was perfect to lounge around and enjoy the scenery. Sleeping arrangements were perfect. There were definitely a few findings that could have been avoided if the cleaning crew was more diligent before we arrived. The cabin also had a low supply of towels, pots and pans which would have made our stay go more smoothly. But overall very happy with our experience!”
