“객실이 협소하긴하였으나 이용하기에 전혀 문제가 되진 않았고 욕실 스타일이 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들의 친절도는 왠만한 한국 호텔보다 훨씬 좋았습니다 조식도 최고!”

“Hotellet var lätt att hitta och personalen var trevlig. Vissa i personalen kunde engelska vilket underlättade. Dock så gav dem fel info om bagage, de kan inte ha kvar bagage över natten om du ska ta en övernattningatur till närliggande stad. Bättre med coinlockers vid Nagoya station då. ”

“Spent one night here since we wanted to visit Ghibli park. Even though the hotel is as close to the station as possible, just be aware that it still takes 10-15 minutes to get from the plattform to the hotel reception (since this is located soon floors up in a Hightower building). The hotel seemed extremely caused to business men/women but the quality, size and cleanliness was excellent (we stayed at a moderate double room). Overall a very good hotel, would definitely recommend!”

In my experience the English proficiency seems to be higher in this hotel chain compared to other hotels in Japan, which was also true for this one in Nagoya. But it also felt less personal compared to other ibis Styles hotels. I have to admit I was a bit concerned when I checked in and there was a highway right outside my room. But the soundproofing was excellent, I couldn't hear anything from the quite busy...
