“The location was great, very close to town but still felt secluded and private. The cabin was nice. Loved the back porch hottub. Dishes were provided and the furniture was in good condition. I would have left a higher rating if not for the following complaints:The bedspread and mattress protecter were sour smelling and needed to be rewashed when we arrived. The jets on the indoor jacuzzi tub did not turn on after filling the tub. The toilet makes a high pitched screaming sound after flushing. ”

“This cabin is a gem! It was spotless and everything was perfect. Excellent spot for multiple couples or families who enjoy privacy. Check in was the easiest ever in my history of hotels and cabins and the management always responded quickly. Would give 6 stars if I could. Excellent, and we will be back. ”

“I am surprised that no reviews mention this is a timeshare. When we checked in, I asked about waterpark passes. I was told that the concierge would help with that. That’s when I found out about the timeshare. They said we could attend a 90 minute presentation &tour w/ breakfast and get free water park admission, among a few other things. I really only wanted the water park passes but agreed. The breakfast was at 10am the next day. I have 2 pre-teens with me. The breakfast was horrible and we...
