“Excellent Nice room, superb service, panoramic wiew from room, stylish interior etc. Al the staff was wery helpfull. Cleaning was excellent. Excellent. The only minor drawback was some of the clientele drawn to the poker tournament. And their poor dresscode. And an advice, do not order club sandwich from the bar menu, the chicken was dry and the knife had a to hard time cutting through. The breakfast buffet was great. ”

“Wonderful hotel for the money (bigger room then normal was ordered during the stay), excellent location, great helpfull personnel, clean and well designed room, breakfast in classic castle look basement. Breakfast need some simple upgrades with bacon, tastefull Estonian sausage, scrambled eggs and better juice and coffee as only improvement we recommend. Would happily pay 5 extra euros for that in such rather wonderful little hotel!”

“Good hotel but being a spa hotel you expect vanity sets, shampoo and body lotion in the barhroom and there is no such thing. Our bathroom had a leaking shower that couldn't be fixed. We were offered to change hotels but that would mean packing and unpacking and loosing out on valuable time. So we stayed. No deduction of prize was offered, just an extra towel to put on the floor as to not slip in the water. Cleaning of our room was very late the first day. Nice breakfast and conveniently...

“Bodde på samma hotell förra året och tyckte det var helt ok hotell med bra pris och läge. Men i år bodde vi ett rum som luktade avlopp… det var inte trevligt. Orkade inte tjafsa om det då. Väldigt lyhörd men frukost faktiskt blivit bättre.”

“after check in we noticed that the toilet was dysfunctional. the hotel crew reported that it had been fixed - but it wasn’t. on the morning we told the the front desk about the situation and claimed some sort of cash back sadly the front desk could not solve a cash back situation - first we have to mail the hotel. ”
