“Wir wurden sehr nett von Sophie empfangen und haben uns direkt rundum wohl gefühlt. Überall findet man ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen auf der Terrasse, die rund um das Haus geht. Und die Aussicht durch die Fenster und von der Terrasse auf den See ist atemberaubend. Die vier Tage hier waren in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Vielen Dank an Sophie wir kommen gerne wieder!”

“We had a fabulous time staying here. The house was very clean and spacious. We were two families with four little kids and we had plenty of room in the house. (High chair and cot provided.) The views from the house and yard were phenomenal! The hosts were welcoming. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and taking a dip in the cold lake (we were there in April.) *Note: The hot tub did take a bit of practice getting the temperature right... it was often too cold or too hot! “Maison très bien équipée. Électroménager haut de gamme. Grand Rez-de-chaussée très agréable, avec une grande table et un plan de travail fonctionnel. Nous étions 6 adultes. Petit bémol, les maisons voisines sont trop proches et on partage le jardin avec une autre maison, qui appartient au propriétaire paraît-il. Et ça, on ne le voit pas sur les photos. Surprise !!”

“The location is a quiet residential area, within easy walking distance of Doussard 'beach' and within easy driving distance of Annecy itself. The lakeside cycle path runs 100m from it. There are great views of the lake and mountains, and a constant spectacle of paragliders taking off from the mountain opposite. The house has lots of space and is well-furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is of a good size for cooking for a large-ish group, and had pretty much everything we needed. Everything...

“This is the second time we have stayed at this property and yet again we couldn't have been happier. Situated in a great location on the lake, close to shops and restaurants but with a lovely private garden straight into the lake. Rooms are light, spacious and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this property to all.”

The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday. “Lovely house to stay in. Swimming pool was great and the location with views of the mountains and lake was delightful. With a 3 year old in our family, the swimming pool cover was essential and much appreciated.”

“Very good location and easy check-in even after reception hours. Good arrangements for parking. Perfect for a weekend trip. Unfortunately the photos of our room indicated that there should have been a balcony, which there wasn’t (only some excellence studios have balcony), however there is a very nice common terrace.”

“Very disappointed about the whole stay. First about the communication (no indication that there would not be any cleaning during my stay), the bathroom/shower (very week water jet which made every shower a very long challenge to rinse oneself) which had the standard maximum a 2 star hotel, and finally the bedroom with very low/cheap quality pillows and very hard maddrass which made each night a nightmare. The toilets were old and in a very bad shape. The toilet seat could not hold by itself. ”
