The oversized patio features two large outdoor dining areas, umbrellas for shade, and plenty of seating for the whole group. Things to Note:
This home has exterior surveillance that records motion and sound. Cameras are on either end of the deck, on the front corners facing the entry way and driveway areas.
The on-site elevator is for persons with disabilities only, and video surveillance within the elevator is active 24/7.
Some outdoor amenities (volleyball, bocce ball, etc.) are taken down and stored and are not available during winter months.
Riding off-road vehicles or snowmobiles on the property is not allowed except for ingress or egress on designated driveways.
Long driveways on the left and right side of the house, plenty of turn around spaces for campers and trailers.
No Parking on roadway.
The detached garage/shop is not accessible to guests and must not be blocked by guest's vehicles. The garage is leased by local companies who may need access at times. This is a separate driveway from the home. Guests have their own private driveways to the home and may not park in front of the garage doors.
During the winter months there is one parking area that can accommodate multiple rigs with sled decks or trailers.
This is a no-pet property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.
This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.
Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.
All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
NO parties are allowed at this property.
Check in is anytime after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety.
All reservations must submit identification and sign the DoneRight Management rental agreement w/in 72 hours of booking.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
