Very nice and spacious condo with an exceptional pool area. Excellent location to restaurants, shops, and beach. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Our host was very responsive to questions and made us very comfortable.

We really enjoyed this condo for many reasons. It is very spacious and we liked that it had 2 1/2 bathrooms. The location was also excellent. Close to beach , delicious restaurants, bars and a grocery store. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is clean and like home. Very comfortable beds with matress toppers. Everything you need at your fingertips..grocery 3 min walk. Amazing grounds and pools.

Birthday vacation

Great property on the 2nd floor of the Diria Condos. The condo is enormous. Large master suite. Large bathrooms and showers big enough to move around in. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils for cooking. A very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful Condo at El Diria Tamarindo

We absolutely loved the condo and the grounds. The pool was heavenly. The view from the balcony was amazing. We could see the pool and the lush green landscape. The first night, the sunset painted the sky a gorgeous pink and purple and we could see it from our balcony. The staff was friendly and always working to keep the place clean. We loved that the condo was across the street from an adorable food court that had a wide variety of foods. We were also within walking distance to everything from shopping, to pharmacy, beach, massages, coffee shops, and great restaurants. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo in a Fantastic Location

The condo was beautiful and as advertised, the pool was great and it had a very relaxing vibe. Close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. I read a lot of negative reviews about Tamarindo online but have to say I thought it was very pleasant. The beach is gorgeous, the people are friendly, and I didn't find the town to be a party town but more of a centre with a lot of restaurants.The only negative comment I have to share is that the air conditioning stopped working in our unit. I did contact the management company and they sent staff in to try to fix it but after people coming in and out for a day with no resolve I let the issue go so that I didn't any more days allowing workers/staff to come and go from the property. This resulted in a few sleepless nights but we didn't make a fuss as our schedules were pretty relaxed.

Close to everything

Great if you want to be close to grocery stores, surf shops, restaurants, shopping and immediately across the street from the beautiful beach. There was construction going on with scaffolding all around our back deck while we were there that made that part unusable because of the dust, but we were at the pool and the ocean playing all day anyways:)

Three weeks at the Diria Condo

The apartment was beautiful and we had nice time aside from a few issues. The kitchen was great for cooking for the entire family. A few things worth mentioning that was not clear from the advertisement and pictures posted. 1. You do not have access to the pools or beach chairs on Diria hotel resort side of the complex which is where the beach is. If you want a beach chair you have to pay $20/usd per day per chair. The beach chairs are also not on the resort, which means our belonging were not protected when we went swimming. The only pool my family had access to was the one pool across the street which had no views of the ocean, beach or sunsets. 2. Construction / scaffolding was set up in front of our balcony and the banging started at 6am with no privacy. Construction workers on our patio all day long. It was very unpleasant and invasive. That was for 12 days of our 21 day stay. We were offered a refund but it was next to impossible for us to move with a small baby and to find accommodations on such short notice. 3. Breakfast is not included you have to pay to eat at the buffet in the morning. Asides from the aforementioned it was a nice Holliday in a good location. Thanks

Reserve this now and you will not regret it!

This is the spot for enjoying Tamarindo! The owners have put in a lot of thought to making sure that guests have what the need to make the trip comfortable. The Diria sits in the middle of where you want to be! Let me begin by saying this property is well appointed with everything you need to have a relaxing time in CR. When traveling I look for safe and easy access to the beach AND pool, a view, a full kitchen, AC, comfy beds, available parking, comfy beds, good water pressure/temp, laundry access (who wants to have to do laundry when they get back?), and proximity to restaurants/stores. Let me tell you this place has it! I spent many hours on the balcony overlooking that sweet pool as well as enjoying said pool AND beach. Don't feel like cooking? Step out and head to the sidewalk and boom! so many spots to choose from! Not once did I ever feel unsafe as there are security guards to assist you, even helping you to cross the street! I cannot recommend this spot enough and if you see your initial dates are taken then move stuff around because this spot is on point! You can tell the owners have put a lot of care and thought into making this spot comfortable. Make it happen as I dream of going back there...someday soon!
