As you enter the main floor of the residence, you will face the large living area and kitchen with an ocean view. Sand colored floor tile and white, sleek kitchen cabinets are contrasted by natural teak furniture and the sun kissed colors of Malu Moreira’s large painting capturing the hues of the beach at sunset just beyond your terrace. A generous sofa, accompanied by woven leather chairs, teak shelves and a natural wood coffee table finish the living room space. A dining room table with seating for 8 people and a substantial kitchen island with bar stool seating for four provides plenty of counter space for meal prep and presentation for all your guests.

The main floor also features two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, a half bathroom, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, and a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.

One of the main floor bedrooms features a custom designed platform bed that can be set as a king bed or separated to create two single beds. This room has ocean views, access to the large main terrace, a desk and flat screen TV. The room also features a walk-in closet with custom cabinetry, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, wood cabinets and a generous stall shower with rain shower head and wand.

The second main floor bedroom features a custom-made queen bed with a hidden full sized trundle bed that can be used to sleep children or rolled under the queen bed when not in use. This room has a large flat screen TV, desk and a built-in wall of custom cabinetry providing plenty of room to store your personal items. An ensuite bathroom with sink and stall shower equipped with a rain shower head and wand complete this bedroom.

We can accommodate a small child via a pack-n-play crib upon request. If you are traveling with an infant, please let us know at time of booking.

Children under 5 yrs. are not permitted. Please note the condominium is of modern design with an open stairwell. Not suitable for young children.
