The space
A modern condominium with interesting architectural features that meld modern and nature together. This condominium is made of 7 units and placed perfectly on top of a hill in a quiet area of Tamarindo which allow guests to have incredible views of the adjacent valley to Langosta beach, with nothing but nature. Both sunrises and sunsets are magical events with breathtaking views!

The condo itself is a 1 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor with clean contemporary lines, keeping it open and airy. It is equipped with a full kitchen for those culinary enthusiasts who love to cook with a view. The open area also has ample seating, which is perfect to hang out, lounge, watch tv or work (fiber wifi).

The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable queen sized bed, perfect to relax and unwind after a busy adventure-driven day! All rooms are equipped with their own AC, making the space even more inviting after a day out in the sun!

The shared salt water pool is quiet and refreshing - perfect for those hot midday dips! And then there is the terrace. The condominium has 3 rooftops, each assigned to the units below. Your rooftop is only shared with one other unit, perfect for hanging out and star gazing at night. The rooftop is right above the unit, making it feel like an extension of the property. Please keep in mind that there are no elevators at this complex.

Although everything is in a 15 minute walking distance (approximately 1.5km), a rental will allow you to explore the area with ease! This property is on a hilltop with a dirt road, and at times, especially during rainy season, it can become uneven. Please contact us for recommendations. Parking at the premise is available outside of the gates. There are 3 spaces which are first come first serve. There is also parking available on the streets, if required.

Other things to note
On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
