Beautiful modern styled place wonderfully located in the Soho district. There is a full kitchen for your use as well as a washer and dryer. Located only minutes away from quite a few local bars and restaurants this place is perfect for a night out. Only 6 minutes away from Raymond James Stadium and 8 minutes from Amalie Arena this is the perfect place for both sporting events and concerts. Also, only 13 minutes away from the Seminole Hard Rock Casino Distance from the airport is only 10 m

Perfect area with lots of things to do. The house was wonderful and was exactly what we were looking for. The host was quick to respond and could not ask for a better time.

Host was amazing. Great customer service. This place is great for couples and singles, not for families. Limited pots and pans and the fridge is old style, so no ice maker or water dispenser. Property is close to most downtown areas but is an a slightly ghetto part of Midtown.

Good Location

I will admit at first I was not thrilled with the looks of the neighborhood. However, it was quiet and it was nice to have a fenced in outdoor space. All the places we wanted to go were very close, making life more convenient. A short uber ride to and from the airport. The space is very clean and neat. All the necessities are provided.

Cute place

Nice place for the price. The area was a little sketchy. Twin beds were a little stiff but large bed was nice and cozy. About a five minute drive from UT campus . It met our needs.

Quick Trip

Property was clean and accurate with description. Needed a place to stay while moving daughter into an apartment. Quick trip and this place gave us an easy place to sleep a couple of nights. Good location and owner was easy to communicate with and had quick response.

Clean and comfortable. They updated the fence so it looked different than the outside photo so I wasn’t sure if we were at the right unit when we arrived at midnight. The property manager was very responsive!

Great place to stay

This place was great, what you see in the listing is accurate to when you arrive. We were very comfortable, its very clean, close to attractions. The owner is easier to work with, we had 0 issues. The shower was nice and great water pressure. The AC unit noises sometimes startled us, but not a big deal.

Perfect for a quick getaway

This property was perfect for doing all things Tampa. Easy to get to Ybor City, the Riverwalk, downtown, and to nature parks. Location is easy to navigate and the home was extremely clean. Would stay again when going to Tampa.

Excellent place to

Stayed for a month and was very happy. 1/2 of a duplex, it is clean, comfortable, and in a good location. W. Cypress St can be a busy road, but at night it was quiet and I had no trouble sleeping. Beds are comfortable, shower is fantastic and the kitchen and appliances are new and well appointed. Joel couldn’t have been more responsive unless he was standing next to me. Would stay here again and recommend.
