2 beds 1 bath full kitchen extended stay

2 bedroom 1 bath private executive suite hosted by a retired Florida police officer. This is my home, I live on the other side. The suite has its own entrance, 2 car garage, washer / dryer, full kitchenette, and gourmet coffee stand. 1 king size bed and 1 queen size. I’m close to everything! Raymond James Stadium for the Bucs, Tampa International Airport, Bayshore Blvd, downtown Tampa, Soho, International Plaza, Westshore Business District, Ybor City, Channelside, USF, and the University of Tampa.

The space
My custom barn door divides my house into two units. I live in one side of the house. The guest suite is for rent consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a mini fridge, freezer, and microwave. We dont share any spaces. You have the whole guest suite to yourselves with complete privacy. Please keep the barn door closed at all times, unless there is an emergency.

Tampa suite

The place was very clean with the two bedrooms nicely decorated with the TVs in both bedrooms having welcoming fireplace scenes and another with ocean scenes. Although no kitchen there was a microwave and fridge in one room and in the area between the bedrooms a coffee maker with coffee supplies. The washer n dryer was a deciding factor in addition to the two bedrooms nicely furnished with a chair in each. The garage was an added bonus with provided remotes. Would definitely stay again, it was so close to everything in the Carrolwood area of Tampa by the stadium and 2 miles from Tampa international airport. The trip was geared towards visiting and caring for family in Tampa. The neighborhood quiet and comfortable feeling. The suite is for resting and unwinding from a busy day. Restaurants are everywhere. The suite was perfect for what I needed for this trip. The host Scott was receptive to every message I sent and Wi-Fi was available as well. The TVs were Samsung therefore, there is no cost Samsung tv or you could log into your other accounts if needed such as Hulu or Netflix etc. Thank you Scott for a very enjoyable and hospitable stay in the suite.

Great Tampabay stay.

A place to rest after spending the day out in the Tampa Area

Communication was easy to understand and check-in was a snap. The location was close to the Tampa airport with easy access to downtown Tampa. I am moving to Tampa so it was a great jump-off point to head East, West, North and South. This was perfect for me, but realize the rooms are bedrooms and a bathroom, there is no real lounge space/sofas. Perfect for a place to rest. Each bedroom has a nice sized TV and the fridge/microwave + water/popcorn & utensils came in handy!

Good place to stay.

Location was convenient for us. Property was clean. Coffee was good. Plenty of room (2 bedrooms). Good experience. Would have been nice for someone to explain how things work or have a paper explaining what things were and how they work. Would highly recommend.
