Four private bedrooms each hold a queen bed and its own full bathroom, giving every guest a comfortable place to rest and recharge. The layout comfortably sleeps eight, with each room providing the privacy needed for shared stays.

The generous living area centers around a cozy seating arrangement, perfect for movie nights, game sessions, or simply gathering after a day of adventure. A dining table and a sunny breakfast nook flow naturally from the living space, making meals feel effortless and social.

The space includes standard kitchen and bathroom essentials, and climate control with air‑conditioning and heating ensures a pleasant indoor environment year‑round.

Shared community amenities feature a pool, walking and biking trails, a basketball court, and additional common areas, giving you plenty of options for leisure without leaving the property.

High‑speed Wi‑Fi and a dedicated workspace support remote work or longer stays, so you can stay productive while enjoying the relaxed setting.
**Neighborhood & access**
Located in Lutz, the home sits near popular Tampa‑area attractions such as the University of South Florida, Busch Gardens, MOSI, and local parks. Easy access to major roads makes dining, shopping, and outdoor activities simple to reach.

Self check‑in with a smart lock offers flexible arrivals, while free on‑site parking removes any hassle. The property is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions to share the experience.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.
Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.
You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
