For added comfort, there's a sofa bed, considered a Queen pull-out, accommodating extra guests with ease.

Inside, you'll find a beautifully designed space with a charming patio, offering a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. The well-appointed kitchen and indoor dining area cater to your culinary needs.

While parking in South Tampa may be tight due to the area's historical charm, this townhome provides one private parking space for a medium-sized vehicle, ensuring convenience and peace of mind.

The parking in South Tampa is extremely tight. This is true all over the entire area. The land value is just too expensive and the old historic streets built in the early 1900s are quite narrow. There is 1 private parking space for a medium-sized vehicle. The option of off-street parking is possible, but we cannot guarantee space for a second vehicle.

This is a quiet residential area. I expect my guests to respect the neighbors. The "golden" rule applies peeps :)

-Please do not use ANY spray tan products while on the premises. They stain the walls, shower, and sheets.
