New construction! luxurious place to stay, consisting of two separate units. Each unit is 2 beds 1 bath. Located just off of 275, close to many of Tampa’s attractions with Busch Gardens and Adventure Island just 5 mins away. A great place for you and your family to stay.

Dario is a great host! The property is well maintained and it was very clean inside. We weren’t left enough wash cloths for our stay and he had some dropped off the next morning. All of the places we planned on visiting (USF, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa) were 10-20 minutes away and we could even see the roller coasters at Busch Gardens from the driveway!

Loved that this property was so close to Busch Gardens. Very clean and well maintained. Loved the front porch to watch the fireworks that the park does at night. Would recommend 100%. Would definitely book again! PS Beds were super comfortable

Very "home like" feel to the place. Quiet neighborhood. Just streets away from Busch Gardens, so if you're going there this is definitely the place you want to be. We did not go there this time around, but it was still a great place. Lots of stuff to do close by. Great restaurants

AAU travel games

The house is good for a short stay with only a few people. The only problem I had was that there is only 1 TV. I would suggest putting smaller TVs in the two bedrooms. The house is cute and clean.

Weekend Getaway

We came up on Friday and left out Sunday . House is close to a lot of activities. We used Uber to get around . House was very comfortable and very clean . Host replied to all message in an orderly manner. Overall a great place to rest your head and relax !

The area was a little questionable. Also there was a second apartment in the back I was not aware of. Like a duplex, but my apartment had no secondary exit. Overall it was a chill spot, but questionable neighbors
