Okay due to location

Location to property is excellent if you’re planning to go to Busch gardens or that area. House is okay for a short stay. However, place needs a bit more cleaning. Towels were wore down and smelled! Only 1 tv in the whole place.

Advertised with more furniture in living area. Missing chairs and sofa felt like a cardboard box. Dirty floors and bathroom.. Bedding was old and not what was pictured. No rugs in bathroom. Host only spoke Spanish and made it very difficult to communicate.

This place is HORRIBLE. The neighborhood is scary. The floor is unsafe and you feel like the floor may fail. The ceiling is buckled and looks like it will fall. There is cardboard instead of glass in one window. There is black mold in the bathroom. You can not shower there! There's a random light that stays on and you can't turn it off. The TV is set on blast and you cant turn it down because the remote is busted and missing buttons. Easily, the WORST stay, anywhere that I've ever had. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. I'll never use Expedia again either. Why would they list this as an option? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I think home size was accomodating for my family with the three bedrooms and 1 barh as indicated on the site. Access to the home was easy and there was adequate parking for our 3 cars. But..... 1. The air condition wasn't working properly. It was hot. It was set for 50 degrees but felt like 79. I contacted the host immediately as she instructed and have yet to hear from her. I went to the store to purchase 2 fans so my family could receive some relief from the heat. 2. There we two trash bins i front of the house over flowing with trash upon arrival and was there the entire weekends. Not eye appealing. 3. There were bath towels on the bed but no wash cloths. Had to rush to the nearesr store to purchase. 4. There was a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and a partial one on the shelf. No extras with the house listed as suitable for 9 people. Rushed to the store to purchase toilet paper and paper towels. 5. The placemats on the dining table were plastic and some were torn in half. 6. The light blew in the 2nd bedroom. Got tired of going to the store, so I took a bulb from the living room as a replacement. 7. The shocker was the miniture sofa. It is not a normal size as viewed on the site. It is child sized and looks like it could fit in a tree house. We had to resort to the bar stools and the kitchen chairs for seating.

We had a terrible experience and I was very generous with giving them one star. I would have given them no stars, but that was not an option. The door was completely open when we arrived. The thermostat read 91 degrees and the air conditioner was not working. When I called the property owner that said they were sending someone over to repair it. They did but I was not hopeful it would be repaired. I was assured that it would be fixed and I did not need to look for another place to stay. I inquired about a refund and I was told no because it was going to be fixed. I left and attended an engagement and while there I received a call that it was fixed and 5 hours later when I returned, the air conditioner was not working, the thermostat read 88 degress. It is now past midnight and I called and requested a refund so I find other accommodations and I was told that if I had to leave (we had an asthmatic and a diabetic in our party) and as long as I left the place in clean condition, which I did, they would refund my money. Two days later, I was told they were denying my refund. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here. Who rents a place with no air conditioning on the hottest day in Florida and then denies a refund? Think twice before making a reservation here.
