The spacious bedroom has two XL Twin beds and is complete with a walk-through closet that leads into the en suite bathroom and has a bathtub/shower with dressing area & separate toilet and vanity for added privacy. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a dresser for storing personal items and its own walk-through closet & en suite bathroom with a tiled shower.

-This apartment is accessible by stairs on the second floor (NO ELEVATORS are available on this property). There are exactly 24 stairs from the 1st to 2nd floor. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor facing the back of the property and surrounded by green spaces.



-Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances including a refrigerator, stove/range, dishwasher, and microwave with an oversized bar for serving meals or entertaining. Essentials included consist of cookware, Keurig pod coffee maker, houseware, linens, and more.

Shared Common Areas -There is convenient parking & handicap parking as well at The Well @Mouratouglou Academy where you will gain entry through the far left entrance of the building with your personal fob or personal mobile key during your stay. The building is three levels and during your stay you will only have access to the entrance of the first floor & second floor - (no elevator on property). Building Amenities - Modern premier healthy life style building, chemical free with industry leading water and air filtrations. Secure entrance with key fobs & property has security cameras that are solely monitoring outside the property and public areas within the building for your safety & security.

Pet-friendly property - limit 2 small dogs (max 35 lbs) is permitted with property manager approval and a $20 per night fee will be assessed up to maximum $75 per stay. Please notify us prior to arrival if you are bringing your dog. We ask that you be responsible and pick up after your pet.
