  • This beautiful and unique tiny house is located in Midtown Tampa (3027 W Cordelia St) within walking distance to Raymond James and New York Yankees Spring Training Stadium (15-20 minutes walk). Three minutes away from I-4 and 5 minutes from Riverwalk, Armateur Works, UT, Convention Center, Amalie Arena, SOHO, Tampa Int. Airport, International Plaza and the best restaurants in town. It comfortably accommodates up to three people. This gorgeous hideaway is ideal for study, business and leisure trips. Every detail is well-thought for you. The tiny house is a stand alone building, with privacy fence around its whole perimeter, private gate and lock box (self check-in).This property is available for long term stays. We also allow college students to rent and stay at the property.

Perfect Stay

I needed a place to stay while visiting University of Tampa and this met the bill. Quiet area not too far from campus. Clean, with a few amenities to make my stay comfortable.

Stadium life!

Close to Raymond James Stadium we visited for “Savannah Bananas” game. Walking distance to stadium, private and quite enjoyable, cute layout!

Cute tiny house

We stayed at this home for one night to visit Raymond James Stadium. The neighborhood was quiet, check in was easy and the home had all amenities for a short stay.

Great Location! The house was equipped with everything you need. Great place to stay. We attended the Saints / Buccaneer's game and the location was perfect distance from the stadium. The host is very responsive, Highly recommend.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the tiny house! The house is private and secure and it's within walking distance from Raymond James Stadium. The host is super communicative and friendly! We will stay there again.
