One of the worst hotel stays weâve ever had. We were on a non-smoking floor, yet someone in a nearby room or above us was clearly smoking. The smoke came directly into our bathroom through the vents, and our children were coughing all night because of it.
We reported it right away, but the front desk refused to send anyone to check, offered zero assistance, and completely ignored the issue. No one followed up or tried to relocate us.
The next morning, during checkout, the staff was rude, and the manager, Marcel, was incredibly unprofessionalâhe wouldnât listen and defended the employee who had been dismissive and unhelpful.
The room itself was also in terrible condition:

âą Mold in the bathroom
âą Light switches randomly turning on and off
This stay raised serious health and safety concerns, especially with kids involved. Between the smoke exposure, the mold, and the lack of care from the staff, we felt completely disregarded as guests.
If you value your health, sleep, or even the most basic service, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.
