Älskar livet! Vårt nyrenoverade och nyinredda hem har fyra sovrum, två badrum, ett garage med två bilar, en ombyggd pool, ett nytt vinylskyddstaket, en rymlig trädgård med gott om plats för husbilar och båtparkering och tillgång till båtramp till Tampa Vik. Det är centralt beläget nära Tampa International Airport, centrum, Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, etc.

Vår plats är särskilt väl lämpad för stora grupper, flera familjer eller stora familjer som kommer till Tampa för semester, bröllop, släktträffar, examen, sportevenemang, affärsresor, etc. Det sover 10 personer mycket bekvämt i en mängd olika sängkombinationer i de fyra sovrummen och 4 personer på de två queen size-bäddsofforna i vardagsrummet. Vi är beredda med alla föremål som behövs såsom handdukar, sängkläder, koppar, diskar etc. för att rymma en stor grupp.

Vår maximala beläggning är 14 gäster. Vi rymmer upp till 6 bilar, 2 i garaget och 4 i uppfarten.

Hela hemmet är tillgängligt för våra gäster. Sovrum, badrum och kök är välfyllda med allt som behövs. Vi erbjuder också WiFi-åtkomst, användning av en dator och skrivare, smart TV och kabel i alla rum, tvättmaskin och torktumlare, utomhusgrill, etc.

Hemmet är utrustat med en knapp utan tangentbordet. Du kommer att få en nyckelkod för att ange hemmet före ankomst så att du kan checka in och kolla in när du är bekväm. Vi bor bara fem minuter bort, så vänligen kontakta oss om du behöver något under din vistelse. (Se habla Español)

Exceeds Expectations

We loved this place so much last year that we stayed here again this year. The hosts truly care and work hard to make our stay very enjoyable. From stocking the refrigerator with breakfast items so we do not have to run out to the store the moment we arrive, to checking in with us to see if we need anything to taking the trash to the curb and back on trash pick-up day,. Yuni and Justin are passionate about ensuring we are "Loving Life". The house is clean with lots of little nice touches all around including cell phone chargers and night lights strategically placed to all the utensils one may need in the kitchen to even seasonings in the cabinet. Other VRBO hosts can learn a lot from Yuni and Justin. We cannot wait to stay here again!

Great stay at Bay Crest Pool home

Property was fantastic - even more comfortable to live in than it looks online. All rooms have comfortable bedding, amenities, televisions - even a large flat screen outdoors by the pool. Kitchen is well appointed and well stocked with cookware, an outdoor grill with tools, gas and the house has an 2nd fridge and freezer should you want to stock up on everything you'll need. We had six people in our family and occasional visitors and were able to accommodate everyone perfectly. There is also desktop computer for emails, ample pool toys, and some board games. The neighborhood is also great - quiet and friendly neighbors, local shopping and food options are abundant, and the Tampa International Airport is only 3 miles away. The hosts are very attentive and responsive should you have particular needs. By far the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at! My kids loved the house. We made great memories there this summer. Five stars ***** all around. We'll be back!

Simply amazing and safe for our family with small children and the grandparents

This home is lovely and we greatly enjoyed the calm, comfortable space during this meaningful trip. My girls, especially my 6 year old, LOVED the books and read each at least once. We also never knew how much we liked the game SORRY! Thank you. The safety gate for the pool area allowed us to relax with our 2 year old and enjoy the outdoor space at the same time. We were in the heated pool every day! The hosts are incredibly kind, responsive, and truly good humans. They take the extra step to show they want your experience to be as good as possible with breakfast items, a well stocked kitchen and also extra toiletries, assuring the pool has adequate water level during the stay, and even supplying a shower seat for our parents safety. Thank you so much for the kind experience.

An Excellent Experience and House

This was our second time using VRBO for our annual month long stay in Tampa to leave Chicago winter for a short while. While we were fine with the first rental, we realized there is a lot that cannot be determined by pictures and can only be revealed once at the rental. For this house, it not only delivered what it said on the VRBO website, it exceeded our expectations. We arrived on Valentine’s Day and greeted with a dozen roses in a red vase. The refrigerator was stocked with condiments, and breakfast foods. It was a very nice touch and set the tone for the month. The owners have gone the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and provided for. The house was spotless and in great shape. This is not just a rental. It feels like someone’s home with pride of ownership. The beds were real beds (not foam) and comfortable, there is furniture for clothes (not just a closet with shelves), the bathrooms were stocked with soap, shampoo and other toiletries and the list goes on an on. Every sink had soap from Bath and Body Works. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance needed and for those with kids even tippy cups and kid plates. There were so many thoughtful items throughout the house, it would take a page to list them all. The hosts even included Netflix, Youtube TV and Disney+ and there is a TV in each bedroom, the pool area and family room. Want a portable Alexa? They have that too. The list goes on and on. Two of our grown children came down for a week to work from Tampa and enjoyed the house as much as we did. The owners were also very responsive. We reached out with a few questions we had and they responded immediately. They took care of taking the garbage and recycling twice a week to the curb and then back to the side of the house and worked around when we were going to be gone to check on the pool chlorine levels and mowing the grass. They could not have been more gracious and accommodating. We loved the house so much we are renting again next year. Thank you Yuni and Justin!

Best we've ever stayed at

This property was amazing. They thought of every detail, from stocked breakfast items to toiletry items for the restrooms. The house was very clean and well kept. We seriously had 0 issues. This was the best VRBO we've ever stayed at and we will definitely book again for our next family vacation to Tampa! Yuni and Justin are awesome hosts!!!

Would Stay Permanently If We Could

This has by far been the best experience with a vacation rental we have ever had! Yuni and Justin go above and beyond in everything: supplies, communication, cleanliness, and thoughtfulness. We stayed for two weeks and we constantly surprised by how well-stocked the kitchen was (better than my home kitchen)! The screened pool and patio make time outdoors bug-free and extremely clean. We even enjoyed a few dips in the hot tub, which was also very clean and comfy. We have already recommended this property to friends and family. You will not be disappointed in this home!

Our new home away from home!

We’ve rented several properties over the years and this was one of the best experiences, largely due to the thoughtfulness of the owners. Ample room for all guests, fully stocked bathrooms in case you forget anything, and even breakfast beverages and snacks! It’s hard to state how convenient it is to travel and arrive at a destination, without needing the mandatory trip to the grocery store for necessities. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. There is ample kitchenware to cook for a large family. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say we loved staying here and can’t wait to come back again!
