Need a little extra time? We offer early check-in and late check-out when available for $50 per hour. Availability depends on our cleaning schedule and cannot be guaranteed, but we’re always happy to check for you!

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $500 pet fee per pet.

We kindly ask all guests to respect our neighbors.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

This home is perfect for relaxing and spending time with family and friends, but parties and disruptive events are not permitted without prior approval.

For safety and insurance purposes, only the guests included on the reservation may stay overnight.

If you’d like to add additional guests or invite visitors, simply reach out in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

🚗 Parking

Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.

• Street parking is not permitted

• Please do not park on the grass

• The garage has been converted into a game room and is not available for vehicle parking.

Guests are responsible for any towing or parking citations resulting from unauthorized parking.

🚽 Plumbing

To help avoid plumbing issues, please flush toilet paper only.

Please dispose of wipes, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, and other items in the provided trash bins.

💙 Before You Check Out

We simply ask that you:

• Lock all doors and windows

• Turn off lights and electronics

• Place trash in the outdoor bins

• Leave the home in generally tidy condition

Our cleaning team will take care of the rest!

⚠️ Additional Fees

To ensure the home remains in excellent condition for every guest, the following charges may apply if house rules are not followed:

• $750 Odor remediation fee for smoking inside the home

• $500 Unauthorized pet fee

• $250 Excessive cleaning fee

• $150 minimum Late check-out fee (additional hourly charges may apply)

• $200 per unauthorized guest

• Any damaged or missing items will be charged at replacement cost plus applicable labor.
