This home comfortably sleeps 16 guests between 5 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 full beds and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #4 includes a full-over-full bunk bed.



Bedroom #5 includes a full-over-full bunk bed.



The home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking available for up to 7 vehicles – 5 in the driveway and 2 on the street as needed.

• No TVs in the bedrooms

• Pool is not heated.



Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings without exception—please consider travel insurance. Changes to reservations incur a $75 fee. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval and extra charges.

Check-out: By 10:00 AM (late checkout only upon prior approval)

No unregistered guests allowed on the property at any time.

No parties or events are allowed. Violation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of neighbors.

🚭 Smoking & Substances

Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the home (vaping included). Subject to $500 fine.

No illegal substances allowed on the property.

Smoking outside is permitted only in designated areas and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

🐾 Pets

Pets are not allowed at this property.

Service animals must be reported, never left unattended, and any damages will result in additional charges.

🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance

Please treat our home with respect—just as you would your own.

Report any damage, maintenance issues, or concerns immediately so we can address them promptly.

Excessive mess or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.

🔐 Safety & Security

Lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security systems, or exterior cameras.

Only use appliances and equipment as intended.

🛏 Before You Leave

Please take out the trash and place it in the designated bins.

Load used dishes into the dishwasher and start the cycle.

Turn off lights, set AC to 78F, and turn off all appliances before departing.

Breaking our rules and any signs of disrespect for the property will result in termination of your stay. You'll be ask to leave immediately with no refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
