House met our expectations as advertised. Plenty of indoor space. Our larger group was very comfortable. Host was awesome & catered to our arriving a few hours earlier than we had planned. Host responded to all our questions in a timely manner & was very polite. The backyard had plenty of space for our pet to run & play safely inside the fenced in area. Would like to add that there is a public dog park within walking distance from the property as well. We all really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. No issues with any of the neighbors, property was quiet & peaceful. Located 3-4 minutes from a shopping center that had a wal-mart, Publix & liquor store. Would stay here again in the future.

Spring break getaway

We had a nice time at this property. It was conveniently located near grocery and restaurant amenities. We used this house as a “home base” while we ventured to Clearwater Beach and Busch Gardens. The host was responsive when we had a maintenance issue and had the problem fixed. The space fit our needs and we enjoyed the backyard heated pool.

Easter break trip

Great location for our visit to Bush Gardens. A little too far for the Tampa Bay rays game. But that was a last minute addition and wasn’t in the original plan.
