UTRYMMET:
Vacker privat utsikt över vattnet med massor av fågel- och marina djurliv med bra fiske utanför bryggan eller i de lokala lägenheterna via båt / kajak / kanot. Snabb båt- / kajak- / kanotillgång till Tampa Bay och vackra kajak / kanot mangrove spår <5 minuter från att släppa i en vår brygga. Beläget på en ganska privat kvarter med fantastiska vänliga grannar.

Renters Beware

This is what we got for a seven night stay. One bedroom, weeds and cobwebs in the pool area, rusted metal pool enclosure and AC that did not work. Mind you we booked for three bedrooms the two others were locked. Once we checked in Adam the owner gave us a call asking us what our plans were for the week. We found that odd but we told him we will have a couple over Wednesday night, dog sitters Saturday night and possibly have a few friends over on Sunday our last full day The house has a NEST thermostat that can be controlled remotely. Maybe it was a coincidence but the temperature would rise to 80° that Wednesday when I had a couple over, that Saturday when the dog sitters came over, the heat became so bearable the dog sitters had to leave and I had to cancel my function the next day. We spent three days with with high temperatures. Adam offered us two nights credit for our inconvenience but only give us credit for one night. My advice is stay away from this property and this double talking owner that has contempt for the average man. Due to our last name we felt profiled and interrogated. If Adam doesn’t approve of your plans he will sweat you out. Renter beware.

Incredibly relaxing place!

I want to thank Adam for such a wonderful stay. This place is so relaxing and private. My mother, my wife, our two friends, and our two little dachshunds had a wonderful experience. This place is great for dogs. It has a private fenced area just outside the pool. The pool is the perfect place to cool off and read. We will definitely be back.

Don’t miss out on this

This stay was perfect for our “Babymoon”. Oddly for us, one of our favorite things to do would be to get in the pool at night and watch the wildlife. VERY active area for the owls, which we enjoyed making sure we could hear every night. This isn’t somewhere you’d want to stay with close beach access. All public beaches about 40–60 minute drive. But either way you go, north or south, it’s a very easy drive with lots of options (St. Pete, Bradenton, Ft. Myers). We will be staying here again once our son is with us if the owners will have us. 10/10 for what we needed.

Hands down, one of the best vacations, ever. Despite it storming every day of our stay in Florida, this house provided everything we needed to keep us completely entertained and satisfied. The pool was so relaxing. Just to sit and stare out at the canals was definitely the highlight of the trip. The location is perfect in such an adorable and quiet neighborhood. The house provided us with more than enough space for our family of 3 and the host had basically everything you needed which made traveling that much lighter/easier. Would 110% return if given the opportunity!

Home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Neighbor, who is the property manager, was friendly and made sure everything was good. The kitchen is well equipped. Only drawback was the master bedroom bed was a bit small for us. Overall good experience.

Amazing

This place was amazing, Adam the host was very responsive, the home was very clean, had everything we needed, we liked it that much we extended our stay. The only negative I would give is make sure you read the full description, I didn't realize all the bedrooms would be locked so we didn't have access to the whole house only 1 bedroom. I would book this place again

Great house for our fishing trip

This house was a great location for fishing with our boat. Any concerns were handled promptly by the owner Adam and manager Jenny. Being able to look out at the green spaces as an added bonus was beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked and provided all our needs. The pool was well maintened as was the whole house. We would recommend this house and owner to everyone looking to stay at Apollo Beach.

Great Stay

This was a wonderful stay, the property is beautiful, and the owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Everything you need is within 5 miles from grocery stores, shops, restaurants to post office. I highly recommend it.

Ideal Location

Nice view of Mangroves across canal with dolphin sightings. Enjoyed kayaking and the easy access to the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve through Mangroves. Rented Beach-cat boat for 4 days from Tampa Bay Boat Rentals and slipped boat on floating dock on canal. Fished the many cut-out mangroves along the Bay and exploring some of the remote beaches and Islands.

Beautiful home.

Awesome location. On the canal, and yes we saw 2 dolphin swim by on the last day of our stay. The only negative, if you can even call it that was that the pool heater didnt get turned on until the 3rd day. But overall, we loved the property, and would gladly stay again. As a matter of fact, we loved it so much, that we are now looking for a home in the Apollo Beach area to buy. Thanks Adam.

Paradise of Tranquility

Absolutely fantastic property. At the end of a cul-de-sac the backyard faces the canal and conservation area resulting in a lot of privacy. The pool heat was divine. We made great use of the kayaks and enjoyed fishing from the dock, just a word of caution . The start of the kayak trail through the mangroves under the wooden bridge was impassable at low tide, so check website for tide times. The house while older has been updated over the years and is very functionable and stacked with all the amenities you will need. Hosts have provided several staples to get you started that is a great bonus, especially if you arrive late to the property. Adam and Amanda responded quickly to all emails. Publix supermarket just up the road at entrance to Apollo Beach and Circles restaurant close by is very nice.

Great stay!

This home is a real gem in Apollo Beach. Immaculately clean and very well appointed. The backyard gives you a real feeling of privacy and provides a fabulous view of the canal and mangroves. Adam is awesome and neighbor Jenny is as well! We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!!

Vaction 2019

My family had a wonderful time. The pictures of this home don't do the house Justice. Fishing right off the dock. Great place to sit back and relax and watch the birds and the fishing jumping out of the water. Jenny the house manger was great. Can't wait to rent this home again.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The home is beautiful and well kept and Adam and Jeannie were both very helpful.. We loved being on the canal and did get to see dolphins. 1st VRBO we have stayed in that made sure we had some food and supplies when we arrived. So thoughtful.

Absolute stress relief

What a great feeling it was after a long Road trip to walk into Adams beautiful home with A bottle of wine and some groceries waiting for us. I can’t think of a better way to make good memories with family and friends unwinding by the pool and seeing the beautiful water views in the backyard. With good restaurants nearby and a half an hour ride to Tampa location is great. Can’t wait to go back next summer.

Great location and easy access to amenities in Apollo Beach. Adam was great and left us some supplies to start our stay. Lovely, comfortable and quiet home and great fun for our family, enjoying games of ping pong every day before a swim in the pool. Thank you for a great stay and will definitely book again. Immaculately clean and well kept! Good fishing from the dock! A very beautiful and comfortable home. We found a couple of very good casual restaurants! Awesome house!

Adam was very easy to reach and kept in contact with us during our stay. The next door neighbor, Jenny, was great. She checked with us to see if we needed anything and gave great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The kitchen was beautiful but I must admit that the only thing we used was the fridge.....after all, we were on vacation!! Very much enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!

Super clean and comfortable! Can't beat the location - close to shopping and restaurant but feels totally secluded. Loved the back patio and pool overlooking the water - saw so much wildlife. Can't wait to stay there again!
