It was a smooth and easy place to stay at. I enjoyed the layout and the private space. Connecting with the owner of the pace was perfect. Answered right away to a question I had. Location was close to all the fun spots in Tampa.

This property was really nice. It was smaller than i thought but perfect for a couple. The bathroom was amazing and the bed was so comfy. I have a bad back and the bed is one of the most important things to me. It was fairly quiet in the area. The area is on the older side but close to almost anything.

The bed was very nice which is very important for the mattress top was perfect also the shower was large and very nice they were two important things for us but .... The house could have been a little bit cleaner there was a hairball in the shower and the sheets had stains on them one pillow even had some kind of stuff on it and we understand sometimes people miss things overall it was okay we would like to see it a little bit cleaner

Quaint place, wonderful host! Very satisfied!

Thank you so much for making my husband and my 5 year anniversary very special with your cute little place here! We really enjoyed the stay! The hot tub and oasis you have in the back yard is very special, and the stay and your quick replies and concern for our comfort was greatly appreciated! Thank you again! 5 stars!

Great Spot!

We traveled to Tampa for a family event. Our stay was wonderful! The back patio area and yard were awesome. Our unit was wonderful: cold a/c, excellent shower, super comfy bed, and living area/kitchenette that had everything my wife and I needed. We did not get to use the hot tub this trip, but we look forward to using it on future trips! Our hosts were amazing!

Cute little spot near the Raymond James Football stadium

It was comfortable and nice, perfect for our stay. During check in we were confused about which unit we were in and tried the wrong lock box. Parking a little tight for the space we were given for a full sized Chevy Tahoe. Kitchen has everything you need, and bathroom very nice. Outside patio extremely nice! Bed VERY comfortable! Would recommend highly!

Very Accommodating and Great Location!

My husband, cat and myself stayed here for two and a half months while we transitioned to FL from out of state. Both of the owners were very accommodating and easy to reach if we had any questions! They even made sure to check in with us when a storm was coming in case we needed anything or if we had any questions. It is located close to the highway and that made travel very easy as well! I would highly recommend staying at this Vrbo location!!! :)

Convenient location and good value

Everything was great but parking was tight, and it is not the entire home. May have been a mistake in the listing that indicated the whole home.

Check-in was easy, but the stay had several issues. The listing suggested more privacy than I experienced. The unit is attached to another dwelling, and there is another occupied structure directly outside the only entrance. Entry and exit weren’t difficult, but there was very little actual privacy compared to what the listing implied.Cleanliness was concerning on arrival. The bed had visible pet and human hair along with brown splattered stains. The host did bring fresh sheets and a blanket after I notified him, which I appreciated. I also noticed ants in the unit shortly after arriving. The hot tub felt slimy and had a strong odor, and it was located very close to an extension power strip. After using it, I later developed a full-body rash, which added to my concerns about its condition. The floor near the front door appears to be rotting, and parts of the back deck are worn and deteriorating. The listing says the space can host four people, but in my opinion it would feel cramped even for two for more than a couple of days. The extra sleeping space is only a small fold-out futon.Amenities were minimal. I ran out of hot water during each shower, and there were initially no dish sponges or extra paper towels. Kitchen supplies were mostly mismatched.Communication was frustrating, as my concerns were often dismissed. At the end of my stay the host attempted to charge 100 for replacement sheets due to a minor stain, which felt excessive to me.
