Things that could be improved:
- better sound insulation for the balcony doors/windows due to traffic noise
- vacuuming and mopping the floors 1-2 times a week for customers staying for a week or more, would be appreciatedâ
âVery convenient to Epworth Hospital and very friendly staffâŠjust what I needed when my husband was having major surgery! This made his hospital stay seem so much more manageable for me. I think he liked having me close by too. The room was lovely and very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!â
âAnother great stay at the Kinson. Unfortunately we had some noisy neighbours who woke us at 2am but not the fault of the hotel. Comfortable and clean but the rooms are starting to show signs of wear, especially in the plaster walls. â
âThe hotel was situated in a very strategic area close to the center with sightseeing and shoping facilities. The standard was good but the price but the price was also high.â
âLovely rooms with well thought out amenities and inclusions that many similar priced hotels don't offer. Everything feels a bit more upmarket.
Downsides, bed/pillows not the most comfortable and entry involves a flight of stairs.
But overall a pleasant place to stay.â

âBreakfast was a disaster!! Table seating ,slow ,you could only select from a menu and were only allowed a "starter" that was small and one "main". Not mix anything from the menu and if you had choosen fried eggs on toast and asked for a small croissant ,you could not have that,not any extra such as a extra glass of juice. Not serviceminded. For the price you pay for the breakfast, it is a rip off . If you want breakfast, choose another hotel.â
