“Cozy and clean stay. The staff were nice to us and gave us a heads-up if they were going to knock on the room, like when giving us towels. The place is accessible, and as the name suggests, the bed was thick and the pillows were heavenly soft. And the breakfast, please choose the fried rice! One of my go-to's here. Will come back soon!”

“More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!”

“Stayed here one night before moving on to Bohol. Quite okay hotel considering the price, nice staff.”

“Property is not clean especially the hallway. The smell is not good.”

“Feedback has been noted and reported to owner about cleanliness, restroom, loud ac but working great, space in cabinet and other stuff. Hopefully it will be acted upon with the caretaker as the resort itself is nice and could use some renovation in the room. but I do appreciate how communicative the owner is and appreciative of the feedback. At the end of the day this is still a short term stay condotel”

“Check in was good, just remember to bring your driver's license or they will hold your passport. Check out was not as good as we almost missed our flight as someone must sign for you to get your id back. The unit was nice and clean, I would recommend.”

“Avoid this resort scam! Room is OK but the pool have different opening hours where you have to pay again, again and again. Not all pools are available since some are only for resident. Far away from any real good place to visit so Grabs are very hard to find.”

“Ganska bra. Man fick vad man betalade för.”

“Stay was just ok. Wi-Fi did not work. And when they gave us a different router. They wanted us to install. No toilet paper. Only 2 bath towels for three people. Their advertising seriously over exaggerated what we received. We were expecting more than we got.”

“It was great . I needed a break and place to stay . The owner is very friendly ”

“We stayed 7 days and 6 nights. 1st 4 nights no internet( I had to pay for the load and runs out fast & very slow internet). Rainier the manager let me stay in Germany room 204 2nd floor and faucet in bathroom sink not working. At first looking for this place is a nightmare in google map(you have to search Kassel Residence. Office 105 in Hungary was hard to find and was looking up to see room number going in and twisted my ankle in process and told them and they said I was too tall that is why I...
