Very bad.
"After check out from Hotel somebody was calling pay to pay their money then I told them without online confirmation how can you give me the key for check in. Then they said we don't any business with expedia.com Then I told them this is like a rubbish you are talking."

"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken.
