“First time trying this style rental and I’m absolutely happy with the decision. The host was very accommodating and available to answer questions I had plenty of local information on hand to do things very family-friendly fun. ”

“Property has lots of character and charm. We enjoyed the infinity pool, kayaking, crabbing from the dock and daily walks. The property is in a fairly remote location but we found that to be a plus. It was a great place to decompress and enjoy nature. The property owner was very responsive at booking and check-in. The only downsides to the property for us were that you had to walk through one bedroom to get the other bedroom and the WIFI was slow. Outside of that we really enjoyed our stay. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at this property. It is one of the most well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared rentals we’ve ever experienced. All you really need to bring are your clothes.The main house had a comfortable, welcoming vibe and was stocked with everything we needed. “The bay is directly in the backyard where you can see the sun set each evening from the house. There is a small beach that is sandy during low tide. If you want to wade in the bay, wear water shoes because there is glass that washes in from the bay. Mosquitoes are a problem, but it isn't just here. That's just the Eastern Shore in summer. “Our 3rd stay at Bayberry - it's like a home away from home at this point. Only cleaner and less chaotic. Lol. Well stocked, nice towels, comfortable bed/mattress, quiet and private - 5 star love !”

“Our stay in Reedville was very relaxing. Our guests ranged in age from 16 months to 84 years old. The littlest were delighted with the beach and the water was perfect for wading. “This is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's quiet, peaceful, and close to the water. The host is responsive and helpful, and the neighbor is also very friendly and offered plenty of useful assistance.”

“We had a great time kayaking, fishing, catching crabs and eating outside with our family under the picnic table. We didn’t get a chance to use the firepit but we really appreciate that there are firewood available to use. The house is was perfect for my family. I’m glad that even though it’s an older home, the bathrooms and bedrooms were updated. My mom and sisters who came with us really enjoyed the stay too. The host were great and awesome too. “Our family stayed for a week at this amazing secluded property. We have stayed at many rentals up and down the Eastern Shore as well as the Outer Banks and this was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in.
