“Dirtiest place I have ever stayed. NOT AS ADVERTISED. NONE OF THE AMEMITIES. Every single thing about this place screams filth. Broken smoke detector.Dirty tub and shower,cupboards. Floors are disgusting. Never ever would I recommend this place.”

“Rooms are very spacious, kitchen was full size and well equipped. Pools and hot tubs were excellent and warm. Extra unexpected amenities were picnic tables, a balcony with chairs, and a BBQ area.”

“Clean, comfortable place and a solid stay overall. The location was convenient ... I was able to walk downtown easily, and the pool area was a nice touch with a really cute, relaxing vibe. The bathroom is a little dated, but everything was clean and in good working order. Overall, no real complaints. Good value, good location, and a pleasant stay.”

“We had some problem with the AC in our room, it had a loud rattling noice. Staff checked it up and offered us another room. The AC was still somewhat noicy in this room as well but far better than first. We think maintenance did some adjustments because it was better later in the evening. Otherwise good location and friendly helpful staff. Bathrooms could need an upgrade. We could stay again.”

“The pool was closed down. The TV in our room was broken the phone in our room was broken the hot water in the shower was scolding hot it was very difficult to adjust the temperature and it's extremely noisy with the traffic driving by all night”

“We recently stayed at Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Kelowna and overall had a great experience. The property was spotless and very well maintained. The swimming pool area was a highlight, with both a hot pool and a cold pool option, which was enjoyable for the whole family. “When we arrived, we noted that the hotel was being renovated. This amenities such as the fitness centre and pool were unavailable. When we booked the room, there was nothing online that stated that the hotel was being worked on or that these services were unavailable. The rooms didn’t have any “do not disturb signs” and we were woken up by housekeeping trying to get into our unit. We found that the sheets on our bed initially weren’t clean and had notable red stains on them. Reception was...
