En dold juvel bredvid Plaza.

Denna dolda juvel bara ett kvarter från Taos Plaza är en del av en historisk hacienda-stil adobe som en gång inrymt nonner som arbetar på Vår Fru av Guadalupe-kyrkan. Nyligen och smakfullt renoverat, inredningen konstruerades med komfort och bekvämlighet i åtanke, och det har högt i tak, ett välutrustat kök, ekgolv, en kiva spis och ett mysigt vardagsrum. Ett gammalt äppelträd och ett plommonträd står i en liten gräsbevuxen innergård som känner nästan Medelhavet i sin lugn. Det ligger på en lugn envägsgata bara ett kvarter väster om Taos plaza.

Gasutbud och en stor samling matlagningsmateriel. Fransk dörr kylskåp, mikrovågsugn. Full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare, uppvärmt badrumsgolv, en gasvärmare och en kiva spis. Elektrisk plattavärmare i sovrummet, takfläktar. Premium sängkläder och en duntäcke och kuddar; en bekväm plysch / fast drottning madrass. Full sovhytt soffa med minne skum toppad madrass. Höghastighetsinternet, HDTV, DirecTV, Blue Ray / DVD-spelare, surround ljud underhållningssystem, NetFlix-streaming, Pandora / Spotify / Apple Airplay-färdigt stereo system. Liten vägg säker.

Läget för lägenheten är en av de största tillgångarna. Från ytterdörren kommer en fem minuters promenad till tolv restauranger, dussintals gallerier, världens bästa kaffe, Shree Yoga Studio, Smiths mataffär, shoppinggatan Bent Street, Ledoux Street och självklart, Taos Plaza.

We had a great stay- it was the first big snowfall of the year and we appreciated that the host shoveled our parking spot and the walkway to our casita. The place was lovely, and we enjoyed the cozy little fireplace.

This is such a lovely spot in the heart of Taos. It’s quiet and quaint with the perfect Northern New Mexico touches combined with modern conveniences. The list (in the guest info book) of recommended things to do is a great way to see the area. We loved hiking in the ski valley and along the Gorge. Exploring the plaza and downtown on foot was a delight from this location as well. The local teas were a treat and such a thoughtful way to welcome a guest. Thank you for another delightful stay in your Casita—we will be back!

Excellent location and charming casita in the heart of Taos

This secluded little casita is quaint and historic but tucked right in the heart of downtown Taos. It was well appointed to accommodate our family of 3 nicely. We loved the outdoor courtyard, wood floors, fireplace and heated bathroom floors. It was a treat to experience Taos here.

The Best Casita was great! The location and parking were excellent, and the casita was beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. It had all the modern conveniences with a nod to the original adobe. Loved entering through the peaceful courtyard.

Walkable to Taos Plaza

Good location near the main shopping Taos Plaza, and close to the main road (64), and walkable to several restaurants. Very clean unit and the sleeper sofa made the additional bed we needed. A nice bonus was the heated floors in the bathroom.

Super Host!

Marcus was a phenomenal host. He provided great recommendations for area attractions and dining. The location was fantastic and Marcus provided so many nice touches like wine, yogurt and tea. It was a lovely stay and we'll be sure to bookmark this condo for future trips!

Womderful Casita in Taos

My wife and I had a splendid five day holiday in Taos. We stayed at a beautiful one bedroom Casita a block from the Main Plaza. Marcus was a wonderful host and welcomed us upon our arrival. He showed us around the place and gave us great advice on things to do and places to eat in Taos. The Casita was extremely clean and comfortable and had all the amenities. We hope to come back!
