Detta innebär 3 sovrum med "i badrum" som inte måste delas.

    Ligger på 2 fulla tunnland, erbjuder Scrabble House Compound vidöppen landskap med infödda öken salvia och svepande utsikt över bergen norr, söder, öst och väst. Beläget på Ski Valley Road med en oavbruten bilresa till Taos Ski Valley och en kort 4 mil bilresa in till stan gör detta "Taos logi find" ett populärt val för grupper som går i motsatta riktningar för semester kul (golf, forsränning, vandring, måla, skidåkning , matsal, utforska, cykling, fiske, forska eller shopping),

    Vår, sommar och höst "Endless Pool" är i full användning med fitness buffs och nyfikna gäster som vill ha en 1: a gången "Endless Pool" upplevelse. För vår Texas publik som tror sommarboende måste innehålla luftkonditionering - Scrabble House är utrustad med en "evaporativ kylning" system - speciellt utformad för att fungera i torra ökenförhållanden. Dessutom finns 3 takfläktar och 4 stora bärbara fläktar för att försäkra svalt för våra "mycket få" varma sommardagar.

This is our 2nd time staying at The Scrabble House. Each time we've been here, it's been an absolutely wonderful time. It has everything you for your stay. It's a beautiful house with spectacular views and close to everything.

5 couple reunion

The Scrabble House was a great place meet. It is close to Shopping, restaurants, mountains... we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kitchen, grill outside, and more. Plenty of room to visit, eat, and enjoy the scenery!

Perfect ski weekend vacation home!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at the Scrabble House! We had two sets of families with young kiddos and our grandparents. The space was the perfect layout and had everything we needed and more! The drive into town and the ski resort was easy to navigate. The property host was also so helpful and helped us all weekend. We highly recommend the Scrabble House!

Great place in Taos

Wonderful stay in Taos, the home had everything we needed and was extremely spacious for the 3 couples we had in our group. Great location in between town and the mountain! Communication was very easy with the property manager, and the space was very clean.

Enjoyable Family Time

Our family of 8 had an enjoyable time at the Scrabble House. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and a bathroom for each bedroom. The fenced yard worked out well with the dogs that were along. Nice location!

Great Memorial Day stay

My friends and I had a great time at Scrabble House over Memorial Day weekend. Comfortable rooms, plenty of room to stretch out, huge kitchen for cooking, and the outdoor space is amazing. Awesome views. The property manager was great to work with. This is a great vacation home for a large family or a few couples, as each bedroom in the main house has its own bathroom.

Perfect location for our family to stay while attending our grandson’s wedding.

There were seven of us in our party . My husband and I our daughter and granddaughter, son and his wife and my brother-in-law. Plenty of room for all of us and enough spaces to find some privy time. We had time to go to the Rio Grande Bridge , the Farmers Market and explore the town.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The main house is very roomy and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies, and there are also suffucuent toilet paper rolls and paper towels. The care taker is very responsive and helpful.Two things warrant special mention. The windows in the Casita, as noted by other prior guests, should be repaired. Opening or closing them is a 2 person job, one inside and one outside. Beyond incomvenient.The kitchen counters are covered with copper metal sheeting. Very pretty, but almost anything leaves marks; especially acidic things like tomato sauce or lemon juice. Be advised to use cutting boards liberaly to minimize exposure of the surface to things while cooking.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have held our annual reunion at Scrabble House for several years. Gary at Premiere makes the rental process easy. Terra had the place in excellent shape on our arrival. We were pleased seeing so many upgrades this year. New dishwasher, new flooring in one of the bedrooms, fresh paint in several areas, a new dishwasher, new pots and pats. These all added to the joy of our stay. Needing attention are the windows in the casita. The opening/closing mechanisms on all the windows have been broken for many years. As there is no A/C, the broken window cranks make it difficult to regulate the temperature in the casita on warmer days.

Disappointed

Property was in need of a serious pest control visit, spiders, termites, ants and a few scorpions were encountered daily. Main House- several maintainance issues including plumbing, fans, ice maker, baseboard heating units. Furniture was old and in some cases needed replacing. Guest House- several maintenance issues including plumbing and windows. In general both house needed a deep clean, floors, furniture and bedding.

Family reunion at the Scrabble House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This year marked at least seven times that my family rented the Scrabble for our annual family reunion. We had nine adults this year. Plenty of room in the main house for cooking, talking, and relaxing. Great WiFi. Was able to log into the TV with my streaming account to access entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped. In the main house, the evaporative cooler worked well on the hot days we had in July. The property was clean and well-maintained. Terra, the property manager, was wonderful to work with. She was communicative and checked in on us by text message on occasion to make sure we had everything we needed. I would rate the property with five stars across the board, however the casita could still use some work. It is difficult to cool it down to a comfortable sleeping temperature (daily highs were about 90 degrees) until about midnight. There is a portable evaporative cooler in the casita and the windows have been repaired to where they open effectively. But it would be great if this situation could be improved.

Property in Disrepair!

Upon arrival, the keypad on the front door did not work. There was trash and cigarette butts throughout the outside grounds of the property. There were a number of maintenance issues as follows Main House: Missing plastic shower curtain in guest bathroom Dead bugs throughout Spiderwebs throughout Broken sink & shower drain in front bathroom Broken towel rack in back bathroom No kitchen sponges to wash dishes Loose doorknob in 4th bathroom, unable to open/close the door Casita: No kitchen garbage can Broken window in the casita door,shattered glass shards Broken window crank in kitchen & bathroom window Leaking Fridge Dead bugs throughout Broken Lampshade in bedroom Loose doorknob to bathroom Broken light switch in main living space In addition to the above, the following items are advertised though did not work: TVs did not have cable access as advertised, Casita swamp cooler was barely able to provide some cool air in the main living space Main House swamp cooler can only cool kitchen/living space, not entire home While attempting to remediate during our stay, we learned that nearly the entire list of issues were KNOWN prior to our arrival. As shared, I had hoped to remediate with the homeowners and unfortunately, it took well over a week after check out to receive a two sentence response that “They (homeowners) also feel that Terra (house manager) has given a valid explanation for each of the items.”
