When I brought this to the owner's attention, she was dismissive and then became hostile and said I left too much hair in the shower and my long black hair was everywhere. “Adorable and cozy spot in beautiful nature surroundings! It was a perfect location in between Taos Ski Valley and downtown Taos. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. You may want to have a 4x4 vehicle in winter cuz it’s tucked back on some dirt roads. ”

“We loved staying at Misty Mountain! Fresh air, cool temperatures, and scenic views. We missed having a tv in the bedroom to watch as one of us goes to sleep early and the other one stays up late. We did some great hikes and would definitely recommend this property!”

“The place itself is really nice, it has beautiful views, good location (only 15m drive from the ski area), has tv, internet, kitchen, all the stuff you'd want out of a place like this.Unfortunately the bathroom didn't get cleaned from the previous renters. There was stains in the toilet, toothpaste and hair stuck to the sink and a giant pile of dirty towels in the bathtub that we had to wash.
