The modern Villa Caruso is situated in the quiet village of Vabriga on the west coast of Istria. It is surrounded by a well-kept garden with views of the greenery that you can enjoy from the heated pool or jacuzzi, and you can always have a refreshing swim on the beach, which is only 1 km from the villa. The attractive interior of the villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 7 people. Relax in the luxury of the villa and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of Istria, away from the noise of the city.



On the ground floor of the villa there is an open plan living area with a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. The bright colours and wide glass walls leading directly to the terrace make the whole room very airy and full of daylight. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV. The modern design of the fireplace makes it an ideal corner for socialising with board games or movie nights. The fully-fitted modern kitchen has a spacious kitchen island with an induction stove. The designer dining table is adjacent to the kitchen and a high chair can be added for a child if required.



You'll find unique details throughout the interior that create a subtle luxury - not only in the communal areas, but also in the bedrooms. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. Each is designed as a modern oasis to relax and unwind, and the full-height glass walls offer beautiful views that you can enjoy even from your bed. Both rooms on the first floor and 1 room on the ground floor have large double beds, TV and en-suite bathrooms. 1 room on the ground floor has a smaller bed for 1 person. The rooms on the first floor have their own balconies, ideal for relaxing against a backdrop of greenery. Air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the villa ensure maximum comfort. Modern minimalism continues in the bathrooms with walk-in showers. Hairdryers are also available.



The garden measures 606 m² and is completely fenced in. You will be drawn to the elegant covered terrace and the beautiful pool. The saltwater pool can be heated for an additional €30 per day. There is a modern sunbathing area with 6 sun loungers overlooking the Istrian greenery, and towels and an outdoor shower are at your disposal. For additional relaxation there is a hydromassage pool for 3 people. On the covered terrace there is a dining table where you can enjoy meals prepared on the gas grill, and next to the table there is a lounge area ideal for enjoying your morning coffee. Within the property there is parking for 2 vehicles, with electric car charging, and it is safe for low chassis vehicles.



Villa Caruso is situated very close to the coast with its beautiful beaches, so you can swap the swimming pool for the Adriatic Sea at any time. The location of the villa is also ideal for trips along the west coast of Istria. However, we recommend that you start from the place in the immediate vicinity of the villa - Tar-Vabriga. The view from Tar's bell tower can sometimes be as far as Venice, and the local olive oil is well worth a taste. The coastal towns of Novigrad and Poreč offer beautiful views, gastronomic specialities and summer events, and if you want to explore the natural gems of the interior, you can visit the protected geomorphological natural monument of the Baredine Cave. Afterwards, head towards the magical town of Višnjan and its famous astronomical observatory.
