“This place is to die for! The views are stunning and the room was breath-takingly beautiful. We were upgraded because we are Expedia VIP customers. Thus, we were moved from a junior suite to a superior suite which meant that we stayed in a huge suite with its own gigantic terrace and jacuzzi (room 86). “Allt för dyrt för detta hotell som ligger väldigt vackert i en regnskog men rummets standard motiverade inte priset om man inte accepterar lägre standard för att få bo i en regnskog”

“Perfekt omgivning med vattendrag genom området och lätt att promenera in i grönskan. Negativt var att en okunnig personal i receptionen suckade och pustade vad gästerna än frågade om. Pratade sedan om gäster till andra. Övriga var trevliga. Saknade fågelmatning. För övrigt nöjd. ”

“This hotel was not as good as it should given the price. When we arrived there was only a booking for one room even though we had booked three. For the first two days (out of a total of three) we had no hot water and the TV did not work in our room. The people in the reception said they were going to fix it but little happened. The breakfast was really good though although the buffet dinner wasn´t. Pizza was good.”
