However, the furniture is outdated, the balcony was very dirty, and both the main bed mattress and the sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was awful so we couldn’t eat anything there. There was constant noise from other guests partying during the night. It's fine if you only care about location, but I won’t be returning.”

“Overall, our stay was beautiful and we had a great experience. The hotel itself was nice and we enjoyed our time. My only suggestion would be for housekeeping standards at check-in. Personally, I feel items like toilet paper, tissue boxes, and body wash should be replaced with new ones for each guest. Seeing half-used rolls or partially used items can feel less sanitary since those are personal-use products that previous guests have handled. “The front desk receptionist wished my mother a happy birthday when we arrived (Juneteenth baby), and didnt know my brother had a gift set up in our room ready for her. A few hiccups because its during a busy holiday week & season. Only one elevator available to use & it was hectic pulling in the small parking lot, but thank goodness for valet. The view of the beach is beautiful from the balcony. Lively staff. If you do book here, arrive maybe a few minutes early if you can despite the 4pm check...

“The tikki bar outside by the pool can get pretty busy so personnel serving can give you attitude for anything and you could be waiting forever....nobody even coming to at least say we'll take your order soon. When not busy beautiful kind individuals. Besides this everything else is very good 😊”
