Tranquility, privacy, romance, harmonious coexistence of human and nature. Peerless beauty. Full sea view, open-air swimming pool, fishing .Single and double kayaks. Home theatre. KTV Karaoke singing .Family vacation, friends gathering.
Open the kitchen, fish and crab in front of the door, cook facing the sea, and enjoy the food with the sea breeze. 8 minutes walk to the supermarket, near a large shopping mall, 7 minutes walk to the train station.
Walking National Forest Park, bicycle lanes, famous beaches, tourist attractions.
Parties including schoolies are not permitted.
Events with more than 8 guests on the property (not staying overnight)need to be agreed to in advance and will include an additional cleaning fee.
Should there be ongoing noise disruption ,our security company will be called to the property.if they deem the noise levels from street disruptive to excessive it will result in a security call out fee of $500 and possibly eviction.
Security bond (refund able deposit) of $1500 is required for each stay and is in addition to the booking charge.The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages,missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay ,even if it exceeds the bond amount.
No smoking allowed. How to use the home theater function: There are usage pictures on the cabinet in the home theater room. Use the white and black remote controls to turn on the screen and amplifier. The system will automatically set to HDMI1. If not, use the white remote control source to adjust to HDMI1. . When watching movies or surfing the Internet, use the black remote control to adjust to BD/DVD status. If you want to sing, press the red button on the back of the karaoke machine to turn on the karaoke machine. Adjust the black remote control to CBL/SAT, then adjust it to PC, turn on the microphone and you can sing. Pool functions are controlled remotely and cannot be manually controlled by guests. When you need to use the pool spa function, notify HOST and you cannot manually adjust it yourself. Not injure, if the guest manually adjust the system to cause the damage of the pumps, the guest will need to pay for the fees for repairing or replacement.

Great holiday home

We had a great time as a family. The pier and water sports were great fun, during the day and at night(bring a torch foir night spotting). Plus the location is central and easy to get to. Sleeping is really for 8 with a fold out bed for an overflow of 2. We could recommend the property for familes who like water, fishing for kids and a general good time. There were some initial problems but the owner said they would be fixing them. Hopefully these issues will in fact be addressed. All together a good proprty to stay at for at least 5-7 days.

Great location, big house but not clean

We stayed in the house for 5 days and found the location to be fantastic. The size of the house and rooms were great and accomodating to our family of 6. The cleanliness of the house could be a lot better for the price that you pay as we found it was quite dirty when we got it. The lawns and exterior of the house also need a lot of attention and are very over grown. The master bedroom and downstairs bedroom mattresses felt like you were sleeping on concrete and were unsleepable. Due to this, we had to buy blow up mattresses and sleep on these during our stay. This is disappointing for the price that you pay when you can’t even sleep on the bed provided. Other than that, the house is ideal for a large family with a great jetty if you have a boat. We found the neighbours to be lovely and the location to be close to everything.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view, good location. Trains near by can get loud at night. Cleaning and maintenance can be improved. Kids enjoyed the pool, the spa was a hassle we had to message or call the property manager every time we wanted to turn it off or on. The cinema room was really good to get the kids settled before bed.
