“One room out of four was so dirty, not clean and didn’t replace new linen from last used (I mean the small room upstair) We did not notify the owner because we have 6 adults and 2 kids, so we thought they expected us to use only 3 rooms. But after came back and read all reviews, seem like we should be eligible to use all the rooms and whole house. Hairs, stained and snack crumbs was found on the bed, no pillows cover on that room.
