“A little of attention to detail to make this cottage feel like it still belongs to the 19th century, but full of luxurious like a big spa bath, coffee machine, hidden away tv, super luxurious bed and bedding, reasonably priced drinks in the fridge, and a beautiful spots out front and to the rear to enjoy the beautiful gardens and the quiet surroundings. We'd definitely stay here again! ”

“My 8year old grand daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.We took home prepared meals which we cooked or reheated as needed.The location was great to explore attractions on the Tasman Peninsula without driving for hours.June was always very helpful. A wonderful few days enjoying mother nature. I would not recommend for people who struggle with steps or those with toddlers as the bedrooms were upstairs.All spotlessly clean and well maintained. ”

“This property is special. The house (B) is uniquely decorated. I have never seen such attention to detail in house interior design. It was warm and spacious and easily walkable to town. Would stay again and recommend it to others. The breakfast was also very good. ”

“This Kingston home is in a quiet neighborhood located a throws distance from Hobart. Home was immaculate and very comfortable. We were a grp of 4 friends in 40’s - 60’s. This was our 5th home in 2.5 weeks. By far the most comfortable. Big points for the dryer as we noticed most homes provided the washer but not the dryer. “My husband, our dog, and I stayed one night in this cottage and absolutely loved it. We had our privacy, but could easily contact host if needed. Once checked in we had our own private exit/entry. The cottage was very clean, beautiful designed, and the little touches left for guests by the host were very much appreciated. We were so sad we only booked it for a night. Our dog didn't want to leave either. Thank you for a WONDERFUL home away from home.”

“The house is close to the Sandy Bay shops and restaurants and many of Hobart's iconic places. It has everything you need. For us, the bed was a little too firm but our son found the bed in the second bedroom very comfortable, so a matter of personal taste. The host was very accommodating.”
