Welcome to our modern 1-bedroom loft apartment in the heart of Mount Maunganui—ideal for couples, corporate travelers, or avid sports fans! Just steps away from Blake Park and located above the renowned Mixture café, you’ll be perfectly situated to enjoy the best of the area. The beach is just down the road, and downtown Mount is an easy 15-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive.

The apartment features a spacious king bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, complete with a working/makeup desk that’s perfect for setting up a baby cot if needed. You'll also have an ensuite bathroom, plus a separate toilet and full laundry facilities for your convenience.

To keep you comfortable in all seasons, the apartment is equipped with a heat pump and a ceiling fan. While summers can get warm, we’ve provided an extra fan to help you stay cool. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a kitchen bench dining area that’s perfect for enjoying meals at home.

Please be aware that, due to the central Mount location, there may be some road noise, but the unbeatable location more than makes up for it.

One carpark (not covered) is available, with free street parking if you require more.

- The main guest who books the home must be at least 25 years of age
- All linen is provided excluding beach towels - please bring your own
- Strictly no parties or gatherings

Payment Terms:
Full payment for your stay will be processed 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Guest Portal:
You will receive a guest portal link from Beyonder, the manager of the property, before your arrival.
Please utilize this link to provide your credit card details and upload a valid ID.

Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is considered provisional until the completion of the guest portal, payment has been made and there has been a successful bond hold.

Bond Hold:
A bond hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card 7 working days before your scheduled arrival.
The hold will be released 7 working days after your departure, provided the home is returned in the same pristine condition in which it was found.
Deductions may be made from this bond in the event of any incidentals or excess cleaning.
