“We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Idaho Falls. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. We specifically booked a room overlooking the Snake River and the Idaho Falls Temple, and the view was absolutely beautiful. “Everything looked clean and organized well. Our room did not contain any information about the area, the in-house restaurant, or instructions for calling the desk—maybe that’s not a holiday inn thing. The bed and pillows were decent. One thing we did notice was that the shower pan gets quite slick when wet — noticeably more so than most places we’ve been. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay at a decent rate.”

“This may sound weird but they had great wifi and my husband was able to hook up his xbox. After a long travel work week it was nice for him to be able to set up his console and shut his brain off. The other hotel we stayed at did not have the option so this was a surprise. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities close by and nice and quiet even though there were a lot of guests. “Book this room for the price. It looks unimpressive at first glance. However it was the cleanest most impressive place i have stayed at on my 3 week vacation to montana and idaho. Built in 1958 on the main road at the time, before the interstate. Run by a couple who have been at it for 18 years. I highly recommend this motel. A diamond in the ruff!”

“Hotel had no common area bathroom on first floor, which would not have been important except my wife had a bathroom emergency during check-in and had to run up 18 stairs to our room on second floor and did not quite make it in time. “The hotel is under construction. The workers are leaving tools and items on the hotel floors. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are missing the shampoos and sope.”
