Whatever the season, relax and enjoy all the property has to offer and use it as a comfortable and well-appointed base to return to from the adventures you have planned.
Set back on a large block in a quiet street, surrounded by established gardens, the house has been updated inside and out, freshly painted with new floors throughout.
New kitchen including European appliances, well stocked with utensils and includes a Nespresso capsule coffee machine.
Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with reverse cycle heating and cooling. Quality furnishings with HD Smart TV and DVD player. Wi-Fi included. Games and books for all ages. Spectacular garden, mountain and valley views from inside and from the decking and garden outside.
Three comfortable bedrooms - Queen beds in two, and bunk in third (double bed with single bed above). Heating to each bedroom. Pillows, Doonas (including covers) and extra blankets supplied. BYO linen (Fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, face washers & tea towels) Linen service at additional cost can be arranged with host prior to visit. Please enquire.
Easy access bathroom with separate toilet. European style laundry with washer and dryer.
Ample outdoor seating and tables to entertain or just enjoy the gardens and the many bird varieties that visit. From Blue Wrens to Parrots, Currawongs and Kookaburras.
4 burner hotplate BBQ with gas supplied.
Room for at least 3 vehicles in driveway including one car carport. Good sized lockable shed to store bikes etc.
Strictly no pets or parties.

The house is available year round. Long weekend min 3 night stay. Australia, Cup & Xmas weekend min 4 nights. Otherwise contact host.

Perfect alpine getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this stunning place. Perfectly located for some days skiing. The house was warm, comfortable and very well-appointed. Luxurious beds, excellent shower and wood fireplace topped it off. Our daughters loved the gorgeous garden too and possibly enjoyed playing out there as much as the skiing (and they loved the skiing!)

Alpine allure sure was alluring!

The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and beautiful. We really enjoyed the garden surrounds, mountain views and streaming sunlight. The kitchen was well equipped and the host was exceptional with communication. Firewood was also provided. We would stay love to again

Home away from home

We had a beautiful stay, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more, house was very clean and tidy and communication was excellent. We did not read the listing properly at first so did not think to pack tea towels, bath mats etc. however, along with our check in details, we got the reminder about linens so all worked out well. Perfect spot for a couple of days at the snow!

Great stay

Great place to stay. The place is really well appointed with complimentary extras which were appreciated such as coffee pods, milk, tea and plenty of wood for the fire. Plenty of games and books on hand to enjoy during family time. Place was warm on arrival and host was really helpful. Also great views of the mountainside and snow tops.

Great location and a beautiful view

Spacious, well appointed house in a great location. Nice quite street with the shops and restaurants of Mt Beauty just a 2 min drive away. Nice furnishings, beds and really well stocked in terms of cutlery and cooking equipment. Really good communication from the owners. Highly recommended!

Happy holidayers

Excellently equipped kitchen which unlike last weekend had a dishwasher that actually washed dishes. They had also acted on our recommendation from last year to fit lock to toilet and bathroom. We will be back next year at least once

Fantastic well equiped place

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. We’ve stayed at quite a few holiday rentals in the area and this place was the best we’ve seen. Well equiped kitchen, nice deck, and good open plan living space.

Incredible location and place

We were heading up Falls Creek for the weekend - we stayed at this accommodation and the host (James) was amazing. He found a set of headphones which belonged to one of our mate and he posted out to him. The place was incredible, it was clean, the view was second to none and the facilities was great! Highly recommended to anyone heading up to Falls Creek.

First Stay at Mt Beauty

We enjoyed our stay here. The view of Mt Bogong was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped, we weren't used to the very modern induction cooktop and tricky oven. James was very responsive to our phone call for assistance. Loved the crimsons that came for the bird seed on the balcony. Hope to return next year.

Well-equipped house close to the high plains

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen is well-equipped and the living / dining area is comfortable, with amazing views of Mount Bogong (and of the many bird visitors!). James was an excellent host. We would definitely stay again!
