“Don’t let instagram fool you !!!! Very disappointed restaurant was mediocre at best especially considering the high prices staff not accommodating at all spent my birthday here not even a happy birthday beach towels were all stained .. beautiful property I could do without the elevator music at the pool will not be returning”

“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

“Just came back from Turks and Caicos and our stay at the Strand. I can say enough great things bout this property. So beautiful. Our room was so big and just amazing. The staff kept the property so clean. When you dealt with anyone at the staff, they were beyond friendly. I will say that the property is out in the middle of a long quiet road. We rented a car and went around the island.”

“Large clean and spacious room...amenities are on point...lots of linens available...washer and dryer in room...that'sa plus..fully loaded and functional kitchen. that's a plus...the only thing I can say that was a bit of a hassle was the stairs...eventually it became my exercise....the pool is heated...the hot tub...OMG...location is nearby restaurants...shops...cafes..lounges and beaches...I will definitely be back...”

“We stayed for 5 days. Here are the positives: 1. Staff are great, especially Julia, Michael, Tito, and Monesha. They are very helpful and kind; 2. The pizzas were really good!!! 3. One of the highlights is that they have daily happy hours in the bar; 4. They have water refill stations, coffee and tea in the room are nice; 5. They have sunscreen by the pool; 6. “The staff at Grace Bay are exceptional and attentive. Special shout outs to Tiffany our personal Concierge and our Adults Pool side concierge (engineer), Yves, Both made our trip that much more enjoyable. Breakfast was an added bonus and very calming environment beachside. Lewis the night bartender at the Infinite Lounge was a great compliment to the evening drinks. Highly recommend GBC”

“Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience.”

“We had a lovely stay near the most stunning turquoise ocean- but we wouldn’t repeat our trip To Turks and Caicos. We aren’t resort people normally, The food was average and the price to eat was budget busting. Budget $300-400 per day if you’re a family of 4 to eat out, but grocery store trip helped to alleviate the cost of eating. Small bottle of water- $10.
