“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”

Both our room attendants and our concierge guys made sure we were well taken care of. My husband used the gym and loved it. Our vacation was so peaceful. “I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. ”

“We took a chance with the Regent grand and couldn’t be happier. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and has the best location in Grace Bay, both at the beach (clean of seaweed) and walking distance to restaurants and a supermarket. Is very quiet because the condos are privately owned, but they clean your place daily and there’s waiters at the pool and beach. Never had to wrestle for a pool or beach chair and never felt overcrowded.”
