“There was no internet, the roof had leaks, and the house was old with a musty smell. The pool was dirty, the jacuzzi had no heat, and there were no lights in the other living room. The internet was off, and there were CCTV cameras inside the house, including in the bedroom. There was also no TV, unlike what was shown in the pictures. Definitely not worth the 1,300 stay.”

“Everything about our stay has been perfect. Quentin was helpful and responsive in our initial discussions. He and his housekeeper were exceptionally courteous when we asked to check in early. The apartment is in an ideal location. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I will be travelling to Manila on business in the future and this will absolutely be the place I will stay. Thank you Quentin.”

“Love the high floor location and the view is priceless! We had the best fireworks show view facing Rockwell and the entire manila sky lit up with tons of amazing firework to see. However, the unit can use some TLC. It’s not well maintained. They have old AC units that should’ve been replaced/removed. Also, we didn't get any instructions during check in so we didn’t have wifi for the first day. The lobby doesn’t let you use their wifi. Apparently, you have to be a gold member to use their wifi....
