“As described, the location was perfect. We hit 4 trail systems right by property. Place was very large and had enough property for parking. First day we hired a guide, showed us a little of everything. Next 3 days rode our own. Property was well maintained great food, Indian Ridge Bar & Grill, down the road. People in area very helpfull. “The property and accommodations were better than expected. The home was beautiful, clean with all the amenities needed. It sits on a flowing river surrounded by wildlife. Every day we would see an abundance of deer and birds. My boys loved the pool table and played every night. They also enjoyed riding bikes and playing ping pong. “Had a lovely time. House is great and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed all the rooms. Some suggestions: 1. the bunk bed room was freezing cold, might want to add a heat source 2. You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. “Check in was a breeze, no complications whatsoever. Kitchen is large enough to cook plenty of meals with family or friends. The home is comfortable with all the updates you could possibly need. If you want to be off grid but with the luxuries of wifi in the home than this is it. ”

“The owner is very responsive to inquiries and even checked on us the following day to ensure everything with the property was as expected. The place was clean and well put together. The front porch was awesome and plenty of space for a group gathering. The grill was clean and ready for use; bring a metal flipper!
