Recensioner av topphotell i Tbilisi

Strofi Boutique Hotel

10/10 Fantastiskt

"Underbar personal som gjorde sitt yttersta för att hjälpa till. Frukosten var väldigt varierad med många georgiska specialiteter. Hotellet är en juvel i gamla stan i Tbilisi. Lugnt och tyst område. Hotellrummet var svalt och sängen bekväm. Sov som ett barn om natten. Närhet till promenadstråk och restauranger."

The Telegraph Hotel - The Leading Hotels of the World

8/10 Bra

"A fantastic hotel that needs to work on its service levels. The room was perfect—a large bathroom with a separate toilet and shower, and a spacious terrace overlooking the city. Good breakfast with plenty of options. However... it was absolutely impossible to book an airport pickup using just my name. I had to spend an unnecessary amount of time dealing with Hotels.com to get the booking number from the hotel. The Telegraph eventually covered the cost of the transfer (thanks for that!), but it made a poor first impression. At my first breakfast, I ordered an omelette; it arrived after 30 minutes, and only after I had reminded the staff. I have other examples, but I’ll leave it at that. Overall, the level of service from the staff is very inconsistent and needs improvement to earn a 10/10 rating."
