"A fantastic hotel that needs to work on its service levels. The room was perfect—a large bathroom with a separate toilet and shower, and a spacious terrace overlooking the city. Good breakfast with plenty of options. However... it was absolutely impossible to book an airport pickup using just my name. I had to spend an unnecessary amount of time dealing with Hotels.com to get the booking number from the hotel. The Telegraph eventually covered the cost of the transfer (thanks for that!), but it made a poor first impression. At my first breakfast, I ordered an omelette; it arrived after 30 minutes, and only after I had reminded the staff. I have other examples, but I’ll leave it at that. Overall, the level of service from the staff is very inconsistent and needs improvement to earn a 10/10 rating."
